Founder and Director

Has been professionally training vocalists since 2006, regularly participating and organizing conferences, marathons, master classes and webinars on scientifically-based vocal teaching.
Certified speech therapist with the right to conduct professional activities in the field of education and healthcare since 2015.
Conducted research on the phonation in hearing-impaired people at the Department of Normal Physiology at the Medical Institute of the RUDN University in 2014.
Created a laboratory of voice physiology based on the Department of Normal Physiology at the Medical Institute of the RUDN University in 2018.
A highly experienced and dedicated vocal coach and therapist, who stays up-to-date with the latest innovations in the field of vocal training and physiology.
Has extensive knowledge in the science of voice and provides his clients with scientifically-based vocal teaching techniques.

Igor Kastyro

Secretary of the All-Russian Federation of the Specialists in Head & Neck Diseases. Affiliations include the Union of European Phoniatricians, the International Association for the Study of Pain, the European Rhinologic Society, The Voice Foundation, and the Russian Association for the Study of Pain.
Research interests include clinical and experimental studies of stress reactions (changes in heart rate variability, morpho-functional changes in the hippocampus, hormonal response) during typical surgical interventions in the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, and maxillofacial area.
Author of over 280 publications, including 5 monographs dedicated to the problems of pain and stress in ENT surgery, disorders of the olfactory and gustatory analyzers, and more than 45 works in periodic scientific publications.
Participant in numerous all-Russian and international conferences and congresses.

Stefan Danilishin

Associate Professor of Physics (UHD) at Maastricht University. Previously worked at University of Hannover/Max-Planck-Institute for Gravitational Physics, University of Glasgow, University of Western Australia, and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Research interests in quantum measurement and quantum noise in GW detectors, including quantum noise mitigation, QND schemes, and optomechanical sensors.

Andreas Gassner
Music Composition Advisor (Salzburg, Austria)
Studied Organ Performance, Catholic Church Music, and Instrumental Education at the Mozarteum University of Music and Performing Arts in Salzburg.
Has been the organist and choral director in Bischofshofen since 1982. Served as the regional music advisor of the Archdiocese of Salzburg from 1990 to 2015, and took over the management of the Church Music Council of the Archdiocese of Salzburg in 2015. Teaches choral conducting at the Musikum Salzburg. Was the state choir director of the Salzburg Choral Society from 2004 to 2012, and has been the deputy state choir director since 2012.
Known for teaching numerous pickup courses and singing weeks, and for serving as a juror at choral competitions.
